Penny S. Pritzker

Founder and Chairman

Ms. Pritzker is the founder and Chairman of PSP Capital Partners and its affiliate, Pritzker Realty Group. From June 2013 through January 2017, she served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce in the Obama Administration.

Ms. Pritzker is an entrepreneur, civic leader, and philanthropist, with more than twenty-five years of experience in numerous industries. She founded Vi Senior Living (formerly known as Classic Residence by Hyatt), and co-founded The Parking Spot and Artemis Real Estate Partners. Ms. Pritzker is the former chairman of the board of TransUnion and is a past board member of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Marmon Group, and LaSalle Bank Corporation.

Ms. Pritzker was a member of the board of the Council on Foreign Relations, the board of trustees of Stanford University, the Harvard University Board of Overseers, the Economic Club of Chicago, and Skills for America’s Future. She also served on President Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness and his Economic Recovery Advisory Board. Ms. Pritzker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.

John Kevin Poorman

Mr. Poorman is Pritzker Realty Group’s Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and a member of the investment committee. Mr. Poorman is responsible for implementing and overseeing the company’s strategic direction. Mr. Poorman is also CEO and President of PSP Capital Partners, President of Horton Trust Company, and Executive Chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt). Mr. Poorman joined Hyatt Hotels in 1988, and from 1988 to 2011, he was employed by and served as an officer, advisor, and director of many companies and businesses owned by interests of the extended Pritzker family, including Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., The Parking Spot, Centergate Residential, Classic Residence by Hyatt, Hawthorn Suites Hotel Company, and other companies. Prior to joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1988, Mr. Poorman was a partner at the Dallas, Texas based law firm of Johnson & Swanson, which he joined after law school graduation in 1977. Mr. Poorman also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Loyola University of New Orleans from June 2010 to June 2014 and currently serves as the President and Member of the Board of Directors for The Barack Obama Foundation and as a Director of The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Inc. Mr. Poorman received his Bachelor of Science (Botany) degree in 1974 and Juris Doctor degree in 1977 from the University of Oklahoma, graduating law school with highest honors.

Seth Martin

President

Mr. Martin has been associated with Pritzker Realty Group since 2009, is a member of the investment committee and is responsible for defining the firm's investment strategy as well as sourcing new business opportunities. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Martin was the founder of Martin Capital Group, the investment affiliate of First Martin Corporation, an Ann Arbor-based development firm. From 1999 to 2003, he was a vice president and investment professional at AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors L.P.) where he focused the majority of his efforts on investments in Europe and completed over $3 billion worth of transactions in seven different countries. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Martin was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at J.P. Morgan and prior to that an associate with Hines Interests Limited Partnership, a leading international real estate development company. Mr. Martin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Modern European Studies. He is a board member of the National Multihousing Council and a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, Pension Real Estate Association and Economic Club of Chicago.

Ronald D. Wray

Mr. Wray is a member of Pritzker Realty Group’s investment committee. Mr. Wray is also PSP Capital Partner’s Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, President of Pritzker Family Office and is responsible for overall financial investment oversight, treasury, risk management, tax planning & compliance, legal administration and financial reporting. Mr. Wray has been working for the Pritzker Family since 1990 with the exception of four years when he was a Principal at Glencoe Capital, LLC, a private equity firm where he served as Chief Operating Officer and was a member of the investment committee. Mr. Wray earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Taxation with high distinction from DePaul University and a Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law. Mr. Wray is a CPA and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Sean P. Maher

Mr. Maher joined Pritzker Realty Group in 2014 and is responsible for managing PRG’s industrial and infrastructure platform. Prior to joining PRG, from 1997 to 2013, Mr. Maher worked for CenterPoint Properties and most recently served as its COO. As COO, Mr. Maher was responsible for the firm’s largest department including asset management, property management, construction, and risk management, comprising 41 million square feet over 300 building with 400 tenants. Prior to assuming the COO position, Mr. Maher was SVP of Development at CenterPoint where he led the development of 18 buildings totaling 8.8 million square feet representing an investment of over $273 million. Initially, Mr. Maher joined CenterPoint as an investment officer where his primary responsibilities were to acquire, lease, and stabilize properties. From 1997-2003, Mr. Maher led an acquisitions team acquiring 70 buildings totaling 9.3 million square feet with a total value in excess of $267 million. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Mr. Maher was a successful real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis and Trammel Crow Co. Mr. Maher graduated from St. Norbert College in 1986.

John Poe

Mr. Poe is responsible for the oversight of asset management activities across PRG's portfolio. Mr. Poe joined PRG’s predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2001, where he led a group responsible for asset management and capital markets execution for a $5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate, which included multifamily, senior housing, retail, office, industrial, hotel, and land development. Prior to joining Pritzker Realty, Mr. Poe spent four years with Abbott Laboratories, where he supervised the production of new pharmaceutical products and completed Abbott’s leadership development program. Mr. Poe graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mike Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan is PRG’s Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for coordinating the underwriting, financing and asset management efforts of PRG and its partners. Mr. Sullivan joined PRG’s predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2002 and has been responsible for analyzing and implementing the investment strategy on over $2 billion of commercial real estate dispositions, financings and acquisitions across multiple product types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and off-airport parking properties. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Sullivan was an investment banking analyst in Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group and a credit analyst at Corus Bank. Mr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Latin and History.

Adelaide Grady

Ms. Grady is responsible for PRG's investment activity in the greater Boston market. Prior to joining PRG, Ms. Grady was a director of development for the Boston office of Wood Partners, a merchant multifamily developer, where she served for eight years and was responsible for over $500 million of new development activity. From 2004 to 2006 Ms. Grady was a development manager with Leggat McCall Properties, where she was responsible for the repositioning and redevelopment of an industrial portfolio. Prior to transitioning to development, Ms. Grady was a multifamily green building consultant and earned the LEED Accredited Professional designation in 2003. Ms. Grady graduated with Honors from Brown University and earned her Master of Business Administration degree with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Corbin Johnson

Mr. Johnson is Senior Vice President of Construction and is responsible for representing the venture in development, construction and major capital improvement matters with its partners and vendors. Most recently, Mr. Johnson was regional vice president of Morgan Construction, where he was responsible for operating Morgan’s in-house construction company in the Southeast. Prior to joining Morgan, Mr. Johnson was vice president and director of production for Centergate Residential, where he oversaw all construction management functions on 18 multifamily projects in Florida, Maryland and Washington, D.C. markets containing over 5,000 units. Prior to this, Mr. Johnson was a consultant to Pritzker Residential, president of Maitland Park Builders, and president of Trammell Crow Residential Construction in Central Florida. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Bill Dvorak

Vice President - Chicago Development

Mr. Dvorak leads PRG's development activities in Chicago. His development experience spans a variety of asset classes including retails, residential, medical office and industrial, with a specialty in mixed-use development. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Dvorak was a director of development services at MedProperties Group where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with health systems and large physician groups to become a preferred developer for their off-campus real estate needs. Mr. Dvorak was also a senior program manager for Structured Development LLC (+600 million in ground-up development in Chicago) and a licensed architect with Valerio Dewalt Train Associates.

Tom Craddock

Mr. Craddock is PRG’s Vice President and Controller and is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting matters for PRG. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Craddock worked for a combined ten years as a portfolio controller at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners in Chicago and AEW Capital Management in Boston where he was responsible for financial reporting, performance measurement and analysis of the historical cost and fair value financial statements for various real estate portfolios across multiple product types, including multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Mr. Craddock is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and the Rhode Island CPA Society, and was previously with Ernst & Young as a manager in their Audit Department. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Providence College.

Lissa Lunt

Mrs. Lunt is a Vice President with PRG and is responsible for providing management and underwriting support in connection with PRG’s acquisition, disposition and financing activities. Mrs. Lunt joined PRG’s predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2008 where she was responsible for financial analysis and underwriting activities on a diverse portfolio of assets including senior living, retail, office, parking and industrial properties. Prior to joining PRG, Mrs. Lunt worked at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company from 2005 to 2008 where she served as a senior analyst on the national accounts team and was involved in the origination of over $900 million in new commercial mortgages to institutional borrowers. Mrs. Lunt graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a Bronze Tablet recipient.

Katie Michel

Ms. Michel joined Pritzker Realty Group in 2014 and is a Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting and asset managing PRG’s industrial and infrastructure opportunities. Ms. Michel previously served as a senior vice president of asset management at CenterPoint Properties from 2010 to 2014 where she spearheaded budget and forecast operations for the 41 million square foot U.S. industrial portfolio as well as serving as a portfolio manager and asset manager for two portfolios. During her fourteen years at CenterPoint, Ms. Michel served in key roles including oversight of underwriting for $931 million of closed property acquisitions and redevelopments, $870 million in dispositions and over 5 million square feet of vertical development and business parks. Prior to joining CenterPoint Properties, Ms. Michel was a licensed real estate broker and financial analyst with Podolsky NorthStar Realty and Stein & Company where she worked on the sales of large industrial portfolio. Ms. Michel graduated from Siena Heights University with a BA in Accounting. Ms. Michel earned the LEED accredited professional designation in 2008.

David K. Gardstrom

Vice President, Industrial Construction

Mr. Gardstrom joined Pritzker Realty Group in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing and managing PRG’s industrial construction projects. Most recently, Mr. Gardstrom served as Owner/President of Vengar Construction Corporation from 2000-2015. Vengar was an industrial, commercial and educational general contractor in the greater Chicago area established in 1972. As Owner/President, Mr. Gardstrom was responsible for all facets of general contracting from pre-construction through final project close out. At Vengar, Mr. Gardstrom was awarded and managed millions of square feet of private and public construction projects in the Chicago area including new buildings, additions, alterations and tenant improvements. Prior to Vengar, Mr. Gardstrom served as a channel sales engineer for Rockwell International/Automation in Atlanta, GA from 1997-2000 focused on technical sales of industrial automation equipment and management of distribution channel partners. Mr. Gardstrom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Distribution from Purdue University.

Candice Grant

Ms. Grant is a Vice President with PRG and is responsible for managing stabilized multifamily and office investments. Prior to joining PRG, Ms. Grant served as an asset management associate at American Realty Advisors from 2011-2014 where she was responsible for supporting office and industrial strategies across various portfolios. From 2003-2011 Ms. Grant worked at Heitman in various analytical and managerial roles to support acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management in order to execute core and value-add strategies in multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior living, and self-storage investments. Ms. Grant graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Prior to joining PRG in 2012, Mr. Nabavian worked at Blue Canyon Partners, a business to business consulting firm, where he was responsible for conducting quantitative analysis and market research to help clients in a variety of industries develop actionable growth strategies. Mr. Nabavian graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Economics.

Laura Hyde

Ms. Hyde is a Senior Financial Analyst with PRG and is responsible for providing underwriting support and market research in relation to PRG's acquisition, disposition and financing activities. Prior to joining PRG, Ms. Hyde served as an associate at Oak Street Real Estate Capital where she was responsible for the investment sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, portfolio management and reporting for real estate private equity funds and triple net leased assets. Prior to joining Oak Street Real Estate Capital, Ms. Hyde was an analyst on the Private Investments team at Morgan Creek Capital Management where she provided underwriting support for private equity fund and co-investment opportunities. Ms. Hyde graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Eric Jacobson

Mr. Jacobson is a Financial Analyst with PRG and is responsible for providing underwriting support and market research in relation to PRG's acquisition, disposition, financing and asset management activities. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Jacobson worked at First Martin Corporation, an Ann Arbor-based development company, where he supported the due diligence efforts of the group's expanding portfolio. Mr. Jacobson also worked for Storage Pros Management LLC where he assisted with the competitive analysis and asset management duties of the company's self-storage acquisitions. Mr. Jacobson graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance.

Stephen O'Donnell

Mr. O'Donnell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Samiyah Siddiqui

Ms. Siddiqui is an Accounting Associate with PRG and is responsible for supporting the Controller in all accounting and financial reporting matters. Prior to joining PRG, Ms. Siddiqui worked at The Hechtman Group, a public accounting firm with a focus in real estate, where she was responsible for the preparation of various partnership and individual tax returns, managing the accounting for a real estate developer as a key member of the controller services team, and various financial statement audits. Ms. Siddiqui graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and earned her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mrs. Siddiqui is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Illinois CPA Society.

Paul Bramos

Mr. Bramos is responsible for supporting the Controller in all accounting and financial matters. Priort to joining PRG, Mr. Bramos worked as a staff auditor at Siegfried Crandall PC, where he was responsible for planning, executing and supporting managers of financial statement audits of municipalities and privately held companies. Mr. Bramos received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from Hope College, where he was also a member of the men's basketball team.
