Penny S. Pritzker

Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Pritzker is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PSP Capital Partners and its affiliate, Pritzker Realty Group. Ms. Pritzker is an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist with over twenty-five years of experience as a business executive in the real estate, hospitality, credit reporting and numerous other industries. In addition to her position at PSP, Ms. Pritzker is chairman of TransUnion and chair and co-founder of Artemis Real Estate Partners. She is also the co-founder and former chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt) and The Parking Spot. Ms. Pritzker serves on the board of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and is a past board member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Marmon Group and LaSalle Bank Corporation. She also sits on the board of the Council on Foreign Relations, the President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, the board of trustees of Stanford University and the Chicago Board of Education, and is a former chairman of the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers. Ms. Pritzker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Mr. Poorman is PSP Capital Partner’s President and General Counsel and is responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's strategic direction. Mr. Poorman is also Executive Chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt). Mr. Poorman previously served as an officer and director of several business owned by interests of the extended Pritzker family. Mr. Poorman is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Loyola University of New Orleans and serves as a director of The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Inc. Prior to joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1988, Mr. Poorman was a partner in the Dallas-based law firm of Johnson & Swanson. Mr. Poorman is a member of the American, Illinois and Texas Bar Associations. During law school Mr. Poorman was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Oklahoma Law Review and the American Indian Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Oklahoma, graduating law school with highest honors.

Mr. Martin has been associated with Pritzker Realty Group, L.L.C. since 2009 and is responsible for defining the firm's investment strategy as well as sourcing new business opportunities. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Martin was the founder of Martin Capital Group, the investment affiliate of First Martin Corporation, an Ann Arbor-based development firm. From 1999 to 2003, he was a vice president and investment professional at AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors L.P.) where he focused the majority of his efforts on investments in Europe and completed over $3 billion worth of transactions in seven different countries. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Martin was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Department at J.P. Morgan and prior to that an associate with Hines Interests Limited Partnership, a leading international real estate development company. Mr. Martin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Modern European Studies. He is a board member of the National Multihousing Council and a member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association and Economic Club of Chicago.

Mr. Poe is responsible for the oversight of asset management activities across PRG's portfolio. Mr. Poe joined PRG’s predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2001, where he led a group responsible for asset management and capital markets execution for a $5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate, which included multifamily, senior housing, retail, office, industrial, hotel, and land development. Prior to joining Pritzker Realty, Mr. Poe spent four years with Abbott Laboratories, where he supervised the production of new pharmaceutical products and completed Abbott’s leadership development program. Mr. Poe graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Sullivan is PRG’s Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for coordinating the underwriting, financing and asset management efforts of PRG and its partners. Mr. Sullivan joined PRG’s predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2002 and has been responsible for analyzing and implementing the investment strategy on over $2 billion of commercial real estate dispositions, financings and acquisitions across multiple product types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and off-airport parking properties. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Sullivan was an investment banking analyst in Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group and a credit analyst at Corus Bank. Mr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Latin and History.

Abbas Kanji

Mr. Kanji joined PRG in 2011 as Vice President of Acquisitions and is responsible for coordinating the underwriting, financing and asset management efforts of PRG and its partners. Previously, Mr. Kanji was a vice president in the Chicago and Los Angeles offices of Phoenix Realty Group, a New York-based real estate private investments firm, where he led the acquisition of multifamily assets for a new investment platform. Prior to Phoenix Realty Group, Mr. Kanji participated in the acquisition and management of over $800 million of multifamily real estate across the United States on behalf of Orion Residential. Mr. Kanji received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Real Estate Academic Initiatives at Harvard University.

Mr. Craddock is PRG’s Vice President and Controller and is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting matters for PRG. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Craddock worked for a combined ten years as a Portfolio Controller at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners in Chicago and AEW Capital Management in Boston where he was responsible for financial reporting, performance measurement and analysis of the historical cost and fair value financial statements for various real estate portfolios across multiple product types, including multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Mr. Craddock is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and the Rhode Island CPA Society, and was previously with Ernst & Young as a Manager in their Audit Department. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Providence College.

Corbin Johnson

Mr. Johnson is Vice President of Construction and is responsible for representing the venture in development, construction and major capital improvement matters with its partners and vendors. Most recently, Mr. Johnson was regional vice president of Morgan Construction, where he was responsible for operating Morgan’s in-house construction company in the Southeast. Prior to joining Morgan, Mr. Johnson was vice president and director of production for Centergate Residential, where he oversaw all construction management functions on 18 multifamily projects in Florida, Maryland and Washington, D.C. markets containing over 5,000 units. Prior to this, Mr. Johnson was a consultant to Pritzker Residential, president of Maitland Park Builders, and president of Trammell Crow Residential Construction in Central Florida. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech.

Ms. Winters is a Senior Associate with PRG and is responsible for providing management and underwriting support in connection with PRG’s acquisition, disposition and financing activities. Ms. Winters joined PRG’s predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2008 where she was responsible for financial analysis and underwriting activities on a diverse portfolio of assets including senior living, retail, office, parking and industrial properties. Prior to joining PRG, Ms. Winters worked at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company from 2005 to 2008 where she served as a senior analyst on the national accounts team and was involved in the origination of over $900 million in new commercial mortgages to institutional borrowers. Ms. Winters graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a Bronze Tablet recipient.

Jack Kachadurian

Mr. Kachadurian is a Senior Financial Analyst with PRG and is responsible for providing underwriting support and market research in relation to PRG’s acquisition, disposition and financing activities. Prior to joining PRG in 2011, Mr. Kachadurian worked at HFF, L.P., a leading capital markets intermediary, where he was responsible for preparation of offering materials, performing financial modeling and cash flow analysis, as well as conducting property tours and assisting in the due diligence process. Mr. Kachadurian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University with a dual emphasis in Management and Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Illinois as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group, Young Real Estate Professionals and the Chicago Apartment Association.
