Penny S. Pritzker
Founder and Formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Pritzker is the founder and formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PSP Capital Partners and its affiliate, Pritzker Realty Group. Currently serving as the United States Secretary of Commerce, Ms. Pritzker has been an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist, with more than twenty-five years of experience as a business executive in numerous industries. Ms. Pritzker resigned from all of her offices and positions with PSP Capital Partners and its affiliates, including Pritzker Realty Group on June 27, 2013 and has no current role in the management or affairs of PSP Capital Partners or its affiliates, including Pritzker Realty Group. Ms. Pritzker is also co-founder and former chairman of Artemis Real Estate Partners and The Parking Spot. Ms. Pritzker previously served on the board of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is the former chairman of the board of TransUnion and is a past board member of each of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Marmon Group and LaSalle Bank Corporation. In addition, she is the founder and former chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt). Ms. Pritzker also sat on the board of the Council on Foreign Relations, the board of trustees of Stanford University and The Economic Club of Chicago, and is a former chairman of the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and former member of the President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness and of President Obama’s Economic Recovery and Advisory Board. She also served as a member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers. Ms. Pritzker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.

John Kevin Poorman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Poorman is PSP Capital Partner’s President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the investment committee. Mr. Poorman is responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's strategic direction. Mr. Poorman is also CEO and General Counsel of Pritzker Realty Group, President of Horton Trust Company, and Executive Chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt). Mr. Poorman joined Hyatt Hotels in 1988, and from 1988 to 2011, he was employed by and served as an officer, advisor, and director of many companies and businesses owned by interests of the extended Pritzker family, including Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., The Parking Spot, Centergate Residential, Classic Residence by Hyatt, Hawthorn Suites Hotel Company, and other companies. Prior to joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1988, Mr. Poorman was a partner at the Dallas, Texas based law firm of Johnson & Swanson, which he joined after law school graduation in 1977. Mr. Poorman also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Loyola University of New Orleans from June 2010 to June 2014 and currently serves as the President and Member of the Board of Directors for The Barack Obama Foundation and as a Director of The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Inc. Mr. Poorman received his Bachelor of Science (Botany) degree in 1974 and Juris Doctor degree in 1977 from the University of Oklahoma, graduating law school with highest honors.
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. McGuire is the Chief Investment Officer of Ganesh Investments, L.L.C. ("Ganesh"), the company which provides investment advisory services to PSP Capital Partners. In addition, Ganesh provides investment advisory services to various Pritzker family charitable foundations.
Prior to 2005, he served as a senior investment professional at Granite Associates, a New York-based family investment office. Before Granite Associates, Mr. McGuire spent three years at Accenture, where he focused on management consulting projects in the finance industry. Mr. McGuire earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
Ronald D. Wray
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wray is PSP Capital Partner’s Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer and a member of the investment committee. Mr. Wray is also President of Pritzker Family Office and is responsible for overall financial investment oversight, treasury, risk management, tax planning & compliance, legal administration and financial reporting. Mr. Wray has been working for the Pritzker Family since 1990 with the exception of four years when he was a Principal at Glencoe Capital, LLC, a private equity firm where he served as Chief Operating Officer and was a member of the investment committee. Mr. Wray earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Taxation with high distinction from DePaul University and a Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law. Mr. Wray is a CPA and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Mr. Coady is a Director of Ganesh, working on all aspects of fund and partnership sourcing, due diligence and management.
Prior to 2008, he spent nine years at L.E.K. Consulting in Chicago and London, latterly as a senior manager, where he provided strategic advice to corporations and financial sponsors across a variety of industries. Mr. Coady earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
Mr. Srinivasan is Vice President of Ganesh, working on all aspects of fund and partnership sourcing, due diligence and management. Prior to 2012, he served as an investment professional at Alyeska Investment Group, a long/short hedge fund manager in Chicago. Previously, Mr. Srinivasan spent five years at Berkshire Partners, a private equity firm in Boston, where he was a Principal. Mr. Srinivasan earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Accounting and Administration
Ms. Vanick assists in Ganesh's reporting, administration and analytics for fund and partnership investments. Previously she worked for J. Ira Harris for seven years after relocating from Texas, where she worked as an accountant in both the private sector and for a local CPA firm. Ms. Vanick earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Houston.
Financial Reporting Manager
Mr. Rantisi assists in Ganesh's operations for fund and partnership investments. Previously he worked for Invesco/Morgan Stanley/Van Kampen for sixteen years. Mr. Rantisi earned a Master of Business Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a CPA.
Financial Reporting Associate
Ms. Chia assists in Ganesh's reporting and analytics for fund and partnership investments. Previously she worked as a Financial Analyst for Think Mutual Bank based in Rochester, MN for 3 years. Ms. Chia attended the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
