Penny S. Pritzker
Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Pritzker is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PSP Capital Partners and its affiliate, Pritzker Realty Group. Ms. Pritzker is an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist with over twenty-five years of experience as a business executive in the real estate, hospitality, credit reporting and numerous other industries. In addition to her position at PSP, Ms. Pritzker is chairman of TransUnion and chair and co-founder of Artemis Real Estate Partners. She is also the co-founder and former chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt) and The Parking Spot. Ms. Pritzker serves on the board of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and is a past board member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Marmon Group and LaSalle Bank Corporation. She also sits on the board of the Council on Foreign Relations, the President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, the board of trustees of Stanford University and the Chicago Board of Education, and is a former chairman of the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers. Ms. Pritzker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Mr. Poorman is PSP Capital Partner’s President and General Counsel and is responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's strategic direction. Mr. Poorman is also Executive Chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt). Mr. Poorman previously served as an officer and director of several business owned by interests of the extended Pritzker family. Mr. Poorman is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Loyola University of New Orleans and serves as a director of The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Inc. Prior to joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1988, Mr. Poorman was a partner in the Dallas-based law firm of Johnson & Swanson. Mr. Poorman is a member of the American, Illinois and Texas Bar Associations. During law school Mr. Poorman was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Oklahoma Law Review and the American Indian Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Oklahoma, graduating law school with highest honors.

Mr. McGuire is Managing Director at PSP Capital Partners and the Investment Director of Penny, Tom and Gigi Pritzker’s charitable foundations. He manages the family’s investments in third-party funds and partnerships.
Prior to joining the Pritzker Foundation in 2005, he served as a senior investment professional at Granite Associates, a New York-based family investment office. Before Granite Associates, Mr. McGuire spent three years at Accenture, where he focused on management consulting projects in the finance industry. Mr. McGuire earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.

Mr. Coady is Vice President for the Pritzker family and its charitable foundations, working on all aspects of fund and partnership sourcing, due diligence and management.
Prior to joining the Pritzker family in 2008, he spent nine years at L.E.K. Consulting in Chicago and London, latterly as a senior manager, where he provided strategic advice to corporations and financial sponsors across a variety of industries. Mr. Coady earned a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.

Ms. Vanick assists in reporting, administration and analytics for fund and partnership investments on behalf of the Pritzker family and its charitable foundations.
Previously she worked for J. Ira Harris for seven years after relocating from Texas, where she worked as an accountant in both the private sector and for a local CPA firm. Ms. Vanick earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Houston.

Mr. Nichols works as an accounting analyst for the fund and partnership investments of the Pritzker family and its charitable foundations. Prior to joining the Pritzker family foundation in 2011, Mr. Nichols was an associate in the Client Group at Grosvenor Capital management, L.P., a $20 billion fund of hedge funds. Mr. Nichols earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
